The Documentation Center Ferreira da Silva was constituted from a protocol signed between the Municipality of Caldas da Rainha and the Historical Heritage Association – Study Group. It aimed to collect, catalog and disseminate written and audiovisual information about the ceramic activity in Caldas da Rainha since the mid-twentieth century.

In the context of Molda 2016, the Center supported the research carried out for the preparation of the book Ferreira da Silva: Work in Public Space.
