From 19 to 21 of June 2026, D. Carlos I Park will once again host MESTRA – Caldas da Rainha Ceramics Market Exhibition, as part of the UNESCO Creative City of Crafts and Folk Arts programme.

Aimed at ceramists working in the municipality of Caldas da Rainha, MESTRA also extends to ceramists representing guest municipalities, namely the Portuguese Association of Ceramic Cities and Towns (AptCVC) and the Intermunicipal Community of the West. Registration until 15 April.

After the 2025 edition, MESTRA continues to assert itself as an original ceramics market and a meeting place for ceramists, the community and visitors. Over three days, the programme includes live creation, participatory experiences that invite the public to ‘get their hands dirty’ and cultural proposals that promote dialogue between tradition and contemporaneity.
