Bruno Miguel Galveias Pires was born on 9 May 1977 in Caldas da Rainha. 

Coming from a family of ceramists, he was involved in the world of handmade and industrial ceramics from an early age. 

He has a degree in Ceramic Technology (CENCAL, Caldas da Rainha) and in Ceramic and Tile Decoration and Painting Technology (EPRAMI, Paredes de Coura). 

Since 1995, he has worked as a ceramics technician, factory technician and production manager in structural, decorative and utilitarian ceramics companies, with a special focus on resolving technical anomalies, developing glazes and decorations, as well as managing work teams. 

Due to his great love and passion for the world of decoration, especially glazes, he has a studio in Caldas da Rainha, where he develops unique decorative pieces with his own entity, based on a contemporary line, using reactive glazes developed by him. 

In this area, she sells to the public, in ceramics and decoration shops, and organises exhibitions and fairs linked to the world of decorative arts. 

Both in industry and in the craft field, he feels fulfilled, learning every day to develop new techniques in the passionate world of ceramics.
