Orlando Trindade has been dedicated to the construction and restoration of cordophones, with special interest in ancient instruments.

Since 2000 he has studied and collaborated with musicians, researchers, musicologists and other builders, always with the aim of performing the best possible work in the field of historical reconstruction of this heritage.

He has already built replicas of these instruments for several national and foreign musicians and groups.

At the same time he is also dedicated to the construction of our traditional string instruments.

He is part of the technical office of the National Music Museum and regularly participates in meetings, conferences and exhibitions on this subject.
