Contaminated by geometric shapes, letters and glazes, we form objects that tell a story, whether real or fictitious. We think to the last detail to always offer quality pieces that show their personality and that our customers see themselves in them.
Joana de Sousa is an experimentalist who mixes design and geometry with ceramics. His visionary and creative ability has no limits, allowing to find creative solutions, with style and quality, always giving the customer the solution that he seeks.
Her curious and technological side led her to introduce 3D printing in her design process. Her traditional side connects the innovative side with the ceramic, where she creates unique pieces, using molds and/ or conformation to Lastra, always using the finishing and manual decoration. 

The materials used vary between high temperature pastes, porcelain and stoneware. Her biggest challenge and her biggest passion are the colors, glazes and alternative cooking. Every day she works to find new ways to give even more personality to her creations.
With a degree in Marketing and Advertising, she saw in the arts the path she wanted to follow, that’s when she decided to do her master’s degree in Graphic Design at ESAD.cr and her path in ceramics began in 2020, when she realized that design needs to go beyond paper.
